Client Operations Coordinator

LAb Printing & Design –South El Monte, CA

About the Role

LAb Printing & Design is a modern screen printing and embroidery shop inspired by travel and built on great customer service, fast turnarounds, and quality production. We work with local businesses, brands, schools, non-profits, and teams—and we’re looking for the right person to help manage client communication and keep orders moving smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the main point of contact for clients in a fast-paced creative environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Client Communication

  • Be the primary point of contact for client emails and calls

  • Communicate timelines, pricing, and next steps clearly

  • Follow up on quotes, approvals, and outstanding questions

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Order Intake & Organization

  • Collect all order details (garments, quantities, sizes, print locations, deadlines)

  • Ensure artwork and approvals are complete before production

  • Accurately enter orders into our system

Internal Coordination

  • Communicate job details clearly to the production team

  • Track order status and update clients as needed

  • Flag rush orders and special instructions

Invoicing & Payments

  • Send invoices and confirm payments

  • Follow up on overdue invoices politely and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Reliable, proactive, and professional

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience in customer service, admin, or operations

  • Familiarity with creative or production environments

  • Print or apparel experience (we will train the right person)
